P & I are delighted to announce the promotion of Toby Tadevossian to senior engineer.
Toby joined us as an apprentice back in June 2011, after meeting two P & I staff members at a South Downs College open evening. As an apprentice, Toby undertook his Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment at Highbury College. Following the successful completion of his 4-year apprenticeship and NVQ, Toby was asked to continue with P & I as a fully qualified engineer.
Throughout Toby’s career at P & I, he has continuously displayed a fantastic work ethic and he always bring a positive attitude to all of his work, so his promotion was a no brainer. As part of Toby’s new role as senior engineer, he will be responsible for overseeing other engineers, training new staff, mentoring and providing technical help and advice when required.
Announcing Toby’s promotion, general manager, Ashley Benfield, said:
“I am absolutely delighted to announce Toby’s well deserved promotion. He is highly valued member of the team and an asset to the company. His attitude and work ethic are second to none. As a business, we are always on the lookout for development opportunities for our staff to progress their career with us. Our industry is niche and to be able to grow our own home-grown talent is vital.”
From everyone at P & I, we would like to congratulate Toby on his promotion and wish him all the success in the world for his new role.
