P & I sales team take part in personal and professional development training

Throughout May and June, our sales team have been taking part in some personal and professional training to help further advance their communication, mind-set, performance and sales.

The training was delivered by local people development specialists, Living Your Learning. The training kicked off with the team completing a C-me Colour Profile questionnaire to identify their behaviour preferences.

Each team member was then provided with an individual profile report which explained these particular behaviours, allowing each person to identify specific areas they felt they needed to work on to enhance their communication both within the team and also with our customers.

Following these profile reports, the team went on to take part in two workshops where they worked with Living Your Learning’s founder, Craig McHugh. Using their individual profile reports, the team went through how to use this information to their advantage when communicating both internally and externally.

As part of the training, each team member received two one-to-one coaching sessions with Craig to run through any areas they would like to work on. The team have completed their first one-to-one sessions and their final sessions will be held in July.
