On Tuesday 5th September, P & I welcomed new accounts and payroll administrator, Caroline Newman to the team.
Caroline is a familiar face to the P & I team as she has been sub-contracting, one day a week, with P & I for the last 4 and a half years. Having been a self-employed bookkeeper for the last 13 years, Caroline not only looked after P & I, she also worked for sub-contractors including painters and decorators.
Due to P & I’s continued success and rapid growth, it was decided that permanent position was needed.
“Over the last year or so, I was spending more and more time at P & I to meet the demands of the business. A couple of months ago, I was approached by the senior management team to see if I would be interested in joining the team on a permanent basis. I really enjoy coming to P & I every week so there was no hesitation in accepting the offer.”
Having completed her induction, Caroline will shortly be commencing the company-wide training programme with training and development supervisor, Paul Ross. As part of the accounts team, Caroline will fall under the leadership of office manager, Maggie Bentley.
Managing Director of P & I, Paul Benfield commented:
“I am delighted to have Caroline join us on a permanent basis, she is a great asset to the company. I would like to welcome Caroline to our ever-growing team and wish her every success during her time with P & I.”
From everyone here at P & I, we would like to welcome Caroline to the team!
