On Monday 19th February, P & I welcomed design engineer, Jerome Thomas, to the team.
Jerome joins us with a wealth of experience in control system design, having worked as a project engineer for the last decade. Originally from France, Jerome completed his Masters in Electronics in Cardiff in 2008 and has since worked in UK.
Jerome is now learning the ropes from design and development manager, David Allen after completing his induction with training and development supervisor, Paul Ross.
Commenting on joining P & I, Jerome said:
“Having worked at my previous company as a project engineer for the last 5 years, I decided it was time for a new challenge. The design engineer role at P & I appealed to me because of the variety of work I would be involved with. I am looking forward to learning more about the critical power industry and developing my skills in automation and PLC.”
“We have been looking to expand the design element of our business for a while now and Jerome’s appointment is the first step towards that goal. With Jerome on board, I will be able to focus on growing and developing the design department, to help take P & I to the next level. I would like to welcome Jerome to my team and wish him every success for his future with P & I.”
From everyone at P & I, we would like to welcome Jerome to the team!
