P & I welcome service administrator

Due to customer demand, P & I’s service department had been actively recruiting for a service administrator to provide valuable resource to the team.

On Monday 12th October, P & I welcomed service administrator, Georgina Laming, to the team. Although, Georgina is not specifically from the critical power industry, she has experience in scheduling engineers, processing jobs, ordering parts and invoicing jobs within the heating industry. These are key skills required for the service administrator role and will serve Georgina well during her time in this particular role.

Commenting on joining P & I, Georgina said:

“I got a really good impression of P & I when I came for my interview and since I’ve started working here, everybody has been really welcoming and supportive. I’m looking forward to working with the wider departments and contributing to P & I’s continued growth.”

Georgina’s line manager, Ashley Benfield, commented:

“We are in a very fortunate position to be able to grow and recruit during these unprecedented times. We have been actively working to implement positive changes within to business to assist our growth plans and we can’t do that without a strong team behind us. It’s a pleasure to have Georgina on my team, she’s fitted in really well and is doing a great job so far. I look forward to working with Georgina and wish her every success during her time with us.”
